Natural Enzyme Septic Tank Cleaner

For Use In

Enzymes are biological catalyst that are produced by certain types of bacteria to break down specific forms of biological waste that are not broken down by the bacteria in your septic tank. By adding enzymes to break down, fats, oils, paper, grease, proteins, paper and vegetable gums, these complex molecules are broken down so that the naturally occurring bacteria in your septic tank can digest them. Septictrine by breaking down these types of waste accomplishes the following.

1. By breaking down and preventing the buildup of sludge layers, costly pumpouts can be reduced by 80-90%.

2. By using Septictrine on a maintenance basis, sludge layers are kept down so that sludge is kept out of your drain field, preventing problems with glazing and poor percolation.

Septictrine Application Rates

Septic Tanks

Use 2 ounces of Septictrine per 500 gallons of tank capacity until system is working well, then add maintenance treatments of 2 ounces per 500 gallons every two weeks.

Drain Fields

Once glazing or clogging of the drain field has occurred, add 2 ounces of Septictrine to 10 gallons of water, for every 500 feet of drain field and spray over the surface of the field. If your system has a distribution box, 1 - 2 pounds of Septictrine should be flushed directly into the system.

Cesspools, Dumping Stations

Follow the directions for septic tanks and apply the Septictrine directly into the system.

Composting

For each 400-600 square feet of organic matter, dilute 8 ounces of Septictrine with water and sprinkle over surface mass. turn pile and repeat treatment every two weeks. Hot water destroys enzyme action. Use only lukewarm water.
